Incumbent in this position is responsible for the overall operation of the Hail Creek Travel Center. Incumbent
is responsible for a team of Hail Creek Travel Center employees.

 Supervise the scheduling, training, and evaluation of the Taos Mountain Casino Hail Creek Travel Center
 Ensure that there is delivery of excellent customer service
 Ensure compliance of employees to company policies and procedures
 Help Control expenses
 Ensure customer/employee satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous resolutions to issues
 Assist with invoicing input for inventory control.
 Ensure employee accountability to policy and procedures.
 Order Hail Creek Travel Center inventory and maintain vendor relationship.
 Conduct inventory of all Hail Creek Travel Center items and prepare sales and stock reports.
 Maintain and track Hail Creek Travel Center items in storage or back stock inventory.
 Provide tracking and database maintenance of customer coupons and coupon redemptions.
 Maintain Hail Creek Travel Center signage, promotional decorations, and pricing.
 Monitor profitability of Hail Creek Travel Center items making adjustments as needed.
 Respond to customer questions and resolve disputes.
 Perform administrative duties as required by the manager
 Conduct meetings with staff members in the absence of the manager
 Ensure high level of sanitation or cleanliness
 May assist in the Investigate inventory variations and shortages as well as monetary shortages, etc.
 Attend and satisfactorily complete all training as assigned by supervisor or Human Resources Department.
 Maintain professional appearance and hygiene.
 Perform work assignments in accordance with Casino Safety Policies and Procedures.
 Other duties as assigned.
 May perform functions of subordinate positions as needed.

 High School Diploma, or equivalent, required AND 2 years of experience in retail business operations,
customers service, or cashiering. One year of supervisory experience is required, or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
 Extended working hours, including weekends, may be required.
 Must possess Class III Gaming License.
