Incumbent in this position is responsible for the overall operation of the Hail Creek Travel Center. Incumbent is responsible for a team of Hail Creek Travel Center Attendants.


  • Supervise the scheduling, training, and evaluation of the Hail Creek Travel Center staff.
  • Assist with identifying items that need to be ordered on a weekly basis
  • Assist with conducting inventory of all Hail Creek items on an as needed basis.
  • Maintain and track Hail Creek Travel Center items in storage.
  • Maintain Hail Creek Travel Center signage, promotional decorations, and pricing.
  • Assist cashiers with customers.
  • Perform drops for the cashiers as needed.
  • Obtain change for cashiers as needed
  • Perform maintenance and cleaning duties as necessary
  • Ensure Travel Center is ready for next day operations
  • May be required to perform Housekeeping duties
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
  • Attend and satisfactorily complete all training as assigned by supervisor or Human Resources Department.
  • Maintain professional appearance and hygiene.
  • Perform work assignments in accordance with Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • May perform functions of subordinate positions as needed.

High School Diploma, or equivalent, required AND 2 years of experience in retail business operations, customers service, or
cashiering. One year of supervisory experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extended working hours, including weekends, may be required.
Must possess Class III Gaming License.
